How about something in the line of:

Neutral Corner -- Boxing, Fitness and Nutrition (particularly catchy if your business is located on a corner)

Upper Cut -- Instruction for Boxing, Fitness and Nutrition

First of all, where do I sign up...? One of the better "Elevator Briefs" I have read on this well attended Forum. Your psychographic profile of your client is perfect and strikes a resonating cord, and your name should as well. It should emote an emotional response in your marketing strategy.

"Four Corners" is good because it represent your core offering, but it's also a well know Basketball reference made famous by Dean Smith.

My feeling is that given your emotional insight and the recent successes of other infomercial "boxing" fitness programs, you will attract a significant female audience, but this shouldn't be to the exclusion of men seeking the same level of physical and emotional confidence.

However, maybe you should consider having your Company name be emblematic of your business model, but focus on branding your Fitness program as your true market offering. This would allow you to use media, including DVD, TV and personal appearances to augment or expand your income stream. In addition, you may find you can franchise or create more than one center for your training philosophies. And boxing should be an adjunct ingredient to your overall offering of mental and physical Wellness.

    What about:
    Spartan Strength and Wellness Center(s)
The Strength Forum (Center or Academy)
    Head & Body Strength Center(s)
The Atlas Fitness Center (teaching the "Four Pillars of Strength")
    Core Strength Center or Initiative
    Inner Strength Center

...I'm still going to think on this one.

Love your analysis! If only my clients were as prepared!

I have a client that is doing something very similar (and actually take classes there myself), her business is called In the Ring Fitness - it's catchy and gives an immediate mental image, so perhaps something along those lines?

    Champion Ring Boxing and Fitness
    Golden Gloves Boxing & Fitness
    Barnburner Boxing / Fitness
    Power Punch Fitness
The Thirteenth (13th) Round (Boxing & Fitness)

    Just a few thoughts.

Hi Dan - My friend's BNI 60 sec ends with 'Get Fighter Fit without Getting Hit' , it works great for BNI, but you'd need something a little more 'hard hitting'.

I'm sure Bruce will be able to help you out as part of his overall marketing efforts!

    Good luck!
    Renee
