A beautiful college student apratment housing complex located near a regional university needs a new slogan to attract students for this year. They have a swimming pool, internet, pool room, work-out area, jogging trials, sand villeyball court and have furnished 3 bedroom suites located a few miles away from campus. This year they are also going to provide a carpool service. Old slogan was Livin' Large.. need something new and hip.
