Recruitment Consultancy Desperate For A Tagline

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I have decided to join a networking group and after visiting I have found that most members have a Tagline or a Cheesy finish to their pitches. This seems to work very well but I am stuck for some inspiration as we cover such a general area. We recruit for all sectors inc warehouse, manufacturing, driving, office, management, legal, accounts, science, education ect ect. The company name is just 3 letters so there is no angle there.

We cover so many areas on temporary and perm contracts I have nothing to hone in on for a tag. I was thinking about "If you are looking for staff give XXX the Job! But everyone Else's seem funnier and more memorable and that is what would work best in this scenario..... Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

    A few questions:

First, WHY do you think a tagline "seems to work very well" for others? Are some better than others, or is it just that they have one? How will you use your tagline, and why do you think it is important to have one? Is it just because others do, or is there a specific objective you want it to accomplish for you?

Next, why is your company name just 3 letters? What are you trying to communicate with the company name? What if we come up with three words that are relevant and start with those three letters? Would that do it?

Third, what are you trying to communicate with the tagline? What is the compelling benefit promise that will make a difference to your target audience? (Don't list features; focus on the most important benefit ... What's in it for the customer?)

Fourth, can you be more precise about your prime target audience? Where is the "sweet spot" for your services? What geographic area? What size company? What industries? Who are the decision-makers?

Finally, how are you going to know when we come up with the winning tagline? What are the criteria? If you can define that, there's a chance we can help you.

If this is a really important project for you, and you're committed to coming up with a tagline quickly, let me suggest you go to 911 Marketing Help and click on Tagline Factory at the bottom of the screen.
