Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I have bought a 24' catering trailer and am trying to come up with a name that has not been taken. We are from a small town, we want to do something new and different add some style and innovation to a stagnant market.
We want a name that reflects our vision. I have started a vision statement based on what I learned at Marketing Profs, it is still in a rough state but here goes.

"We want to be recognized for our innovative design, superb food and excellence of service, before during and after each event. We will strive to be known as a must have for your event. We will be the benchmark for all events in our area. New ,Fresh, Exciting are words we want our clients to use when describing their experience."

Is there a name out there that fits with the vision statement or the mobile concept?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
