Education Non-profit Training Program

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I work for a Non-profit Local Education Fund (LEF) and I need a name/tagline for a new Customer Service Training program we are developing.

Our purpose as an LEF is to bring to bear the resources of the local business community in support of public education. Currently, we are working with HR and Training personnel from private companies in the area to develop a customer service training for the front office staff at our schools. This is in response to a large number of mentors who are signed up to volunteer in the coming school year. The training is targeted to the front office staff as these people are the first point of contact for mentors, volunteers, parents, etc.

At this point, we need to provide information about the mentors and customer service training to the school principals. Their buy-in to the program is critical. We need a name for the training before we can begin introducing it to the principals. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. If you need additional information about the program/organization/audience/etc. please let me know.

Our organization motto is 'focused on the business of education.'
Thank you.

Will your program also train the front-office staff at the school headquarters as well as in individual schools? (In my experience as a parent, having to call school headquarters gets about the same level of customer service as your local DMV--awful.)

How about "Engage" --"Exciting New Groups Around Growth in Education" You may want to position it as an ambassador program and see if you can get the school HR people to extend some kind of reward system for those staff who complete the program and show on-the-job competency putting the skills into action.
