Need Advice For Tagline For Hvac Company

Hi everyone. I have a heating and airconditioning company in the Midwest. 7 years old and am struggling with a USP.
Company name is First Choice Heating & Cooling. 80% residential 20% commercial.

In our industry speed is important but some of the franchises are already all over that, so looking for something different.

I am thinking of stressing the trust angle, we do background checks and drug testing, etc. I found a company using "Technicians you can trust with your house keys". I was thinking something like "The Company Your Neighbors Trust" or some variation of that.
We could relate to that in our advertising by printing customer testimonials, and we already do radius mailings around homes where we work, so it seems like a good tie in. Do you think this is a good idea? If so, do you have any other variations you would suggest? I would like to have a little more specific benefit to the customer but haven't come up with anything.

    Service, Trust, Comfort

    "The Company Your Neighbors Trust" is good, but generic. Consider tweaking it to focus on your services:

    Making Your Neighbors Breathe Easier Since 2001
    Keeping Your Neighbors Comfortable (Cozy) Since 2001

    Frank- I'm thinking I want to focus on one thing rather than trying to be many things and just blending in with everyone else. I was looking for maybe another variation of the trust angle, being more specific somehow?

    Phil- Thank you for the advice, all our surveys have a place where they sign if it's ok to use their comments in our advertising.

    Jay- I like the idea of tweaking it a little but our years in business is actually a negative, our competitors have been around for 30 -40 years.

    Chris- Thanks for the suggestions but none of them really clicked with me.

    What I'm hoping to accomplish is something that's more specific. A couple examples from competitive franchises,
    Fixed right or it's free.
    Punctual plumber- No delay or it's you we pay.
    One Hour Air Conditioning- Always on time or you don't pay a dime.
    Technicians you can trust with your house keys


    A consultant recently told me not to use trust or honesty because people are suspicious of these kind of claims. What do you think of that?

    Any thoughts?
