Name Ideas For A Peruvian Horse Farm

We are just about to complete a stable/barn and will begin raising Peruvian Paso horses. I have the terrible dilemma of concocting a name for this farm. I am totally "stumped". I want something with a Spanish background, but also I have to remember I live in SE Missouri and the name will have to be short, but yet memorable---stick in peoples mind, but roll off the tongue easily. Please...I need help....any ideas out there?
