Internal Sales Promotion With Outdoor Theme

I need to come up with a tagline for an internal sales promotion. The idea is that locations project sales goals for Q1 and if they beat them they are rewarded. We'll give a package to each person in the winning store with outdoor type stuff in it - i.e. grill, fishing poles, cooler, folding chairs, etc... I need a theme for the sales challenge though. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
