Project Title

Hi Everyone,

We are planning a surprise challenge attack on our competitors in the coming month.

We are planning to visit their customers & explain them as to how doing business with us is more profitable for them in the long run.

This is going to be a surprise attack which will have our management team covering the all the targetted customers in parts of the country simultaneously in 3 days time. So its an all boost attack lasting for 3 days.

The name of our company & the business we are in caanot be disclosed on confidentiality grounds...hope you all will understand & work under the constraint.

What we are looking for is:

' An interesting name for the challenge contest, maybe on the lines of an old historical war ' which will entice the customers to sit down & think about us. Basically, something which creates an impact.

Looking forward to hearing from you all...

Frank called it right it is a blitz.

But I think calling it an surprise attack is smoke and mirrors. You should be in there with targeted customers all the time touting your benefits. Its basic sales. The only reason it will be a surprise to your competition is you've been sitting on your laurels so long that any action is considered "new"-- as new and novel to them as it is to you. They're in there all the time "attacking".

I strongly advise you not to sell a client by directly bashing a competitor-- especially someone they have chosen to do business with. You can insult the buyer, get them defensive and they will reject your message--no matter how good. Your blitz is a good idea and long over due. But sell on your company's merit alone. Tell the customer you want their business, and will do what it takes to earn it (vs take it away from brand x), give them strong reason to make the change via your strong value and you'll make your intended goal.
