Name For Paso Fino Horse Rescue Golf Tournament

I am planning a golf tournament as a fundraiser for a non-profit horse rescue. The name of the rescue is: "New Beginnings Paso Fino Horse Rescue, Inc." I need an event name that is descriptive, yet not "rambling". "Catchy", but not "tacky". An event name that seems to roll off the tongue.
As further information, the Paso Fino horse is a laterally gaited 4-beat horse of Spanish heritage. The rescue was created to keep horses, specifically Paso Fino horses, from being neglected, abused, abandoned and in some cases sent to Mexican slaughter houses.
