Tagline For Realtor

I am a REALTOR looking to create a tagline.
My last name is Early, and I would love a catchy slogan using a play on early (timeliness, ahead of time...) Any Thoughts out there?

    The Early Sale is the Best Sale
    Sell it Early Sell it Often
    The Early Sale is the Only Sale
    Sell Quickly With Early
