Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

I have a client who works for a high-energy and entrepreneurial small company in the insurance industry. She is starting up a new Learning and Development department and would like to start sending out an email once a week with a professional development tip for managers that can be absorbed in 1-2 minutes. We would like a name for these weekly communications that would be used in the subject line to brand these communications.

I am working on branding the department with an “Extreme Sports” theme. We would like this title to be consistent with that theme. To start with, it would be text only, but we would like to move to an HTML format as quickly as possible.
