Are you trying to appeal to someone interested in learning a new career? Are your tools simply connecting job seekers with employers, or is there an educational component as well?
And why specifically is your platform "powerful"?

For Providers: It is a means of developing their students’ career prospects – the career advisor – and to help them apply for jobs and see where they want to go. It’s to make the job easier for the provider.

What can it do for employers?
Allows you to get recognised as a Good Employer within the sector
Advertise your vacancies to those with a passion for HLTT
Improve staff retention by identifying development opportunities

The difficulty is that you're trying to do too much with so few words, appealing to different groups of demographics who would be interested for different reasons. It's not because of your specific offering or niche - it's what you're trying to get the tagline to accomplish.

    Here are some ideas:
    * Find Out What's Cooking In Hospitality!
    * Great Jobs For Friendly People
    * The Simple Way To Find Hospitality Jobs
    * Your Path For A Fun Career

Agree with Jay. You're trying to accomplish a lot with a single tagline for different demographics. With that said, here are a couple more ideas:

    The Hospitality Hotspot
    Your Hospitality ConnXection
Get ConnXected to the Hospitality Industry
Find the Jobs that Fit You
Stay ConnXected to What's Happening in Hotels & Travel
Your Destination to a Career in Hospitality
Your Ticket to the Best Jobs in Travel

This really calls for more than one tagline, and a landing page for each.

    Hospitality Helpline
    Hospitality Guide to Great Employers
    The Hospitality Career Resource

thanks for your responses - i agree that there is quiet a wide remit that is serves and the idea of landing pages for each is relevant. to guarantee the success of this the main engagement needs to be employers and staff looking to build careers in this industry - so the link between them needs to be highlighted. thanks and please keep on suggesting.

    Hi All

I hoped to have got a few more responses over the weekend but not sure whether to take this as a sign that I should close the question.
Just wanted to post something to let you know I am still seeking some inspiration about this and as you can tell it can be a good challenge.

    Thanks

I am not sure I am on the right track - please allow me to "talk out loud" to see if I am picking it up.

You are establishing a website that will serve
    1) Those considering the Hospitality fields as a career
    2) Schools that provide education for those fields
    3) Places of employment for graduates in those fields.

Okay, I see it as Your One Stop Shop for all things Hospitable The "whos and hows" of the Hospitality and Leisure industry

Tough to bring that down another level, but let me/us work on it a couple of more days.

    Good Luck!
