Tagline Needed Yesterday!

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Very simply - I have a website [inactive link removed] - the website is aimed at the Irish market as a portal for homeowners to browse for items, ideas and services - furniture, floring , carpentry etc. I need a tag line that says - when you log onto this website you will find everything you need for your home and we'll even tell you where to buy it!! thats a wee bit long for a taglne isn't it???? The nice thing about [inactive link removed] is that there are no listings - there are images and specs for each product and portfolios for service providers.

Thank you in advance!!

Okay, here are a few thoughts:

    First:
Center. Peace. Home decor for the discerning home owner.

That builds on the notion that poeple feel centered in their homes, they feel peace there. And only (of course) becuase they bought via your site.

    Second:
    Centrepiece. H. Ommmm.
(or) Centrepiece. Puts the "Oh!" in "Ommm"

Phonetical spelling of "home" Sort of a stereotypical yoga type meditation. Don't know how well that plays in Ireland, but could evoke the sort of peace of mind people [will] feel when they buy from you.

    Third

    Centrepiece: 1. Stop, Shop

The one stop shop theme broken down as a directive. Could be catchy.

    Fourth

    Centrepiece. Inspiration. Inspire Nation.
(or) Centrepiece. Inspiration for a nation.

If this is really country wide, could be catchy.

    Fifth
Centrepiece. Raising happy homes since 1993.

Okay, i yanked the year out of thin air, but makes you seem like a pedigreed breeder of good homes. Has a bit of whimsy if it suits.

More along those lines if you want. Just let me know,.

Hi and thank you for the responses and suggestions. I am especially partial to the responses of kschindler kevin.shoesmith. I like the play on words and as for the "oh" in "ommm" working in Ireland I think people would expect to have logged on to a site of a different nature!! Ok so I like word play and direct so how about reactions to this:
    www.centrepiece.ie
    Where Great Home Ideas Click..
What to buy, Where to buy, and Who to Hire

(it should say we don't sell online, we are not a store but we can direct you to what and who you need)

    Is it a bit long???
