Quality & Innovation Unit Tagline

Our Quality and Innovation Unit is looking for a tag line to start promoting the facilities and resources of the unit to our internal staff. Beginning with the introduction of Innovation Awards for our staff. The unit needs a tagline that will promote the ideals as listed below fpr the awards with the idea that our staff begin to recognise the units overall aims.

Aim of the Awards
The introduction of the Innovation Awards in 2008 is to fund the implementation of ideas or concepts through a scholarship fund.

The purpose of the awards is to provide a platform to;
• promote the sharing of information amongst all staff
• encourage staff to look beyond current practices
• promote continuous improvement practices
• value and validate creativity in the workplace
• provide support to enable the implementation of innovation practices
• teaching and learning

    What is the name of the "Unit"? What field of business is this for?

    The awards should be seperate in tag than the facilities and resources.

    For the awards...
    Some say "Ideas are a dime a dozen", our job is to provide the dime. A big shiny one.

    The facilities and resources should focus on the resources. I would think that stretching practices would also mean validating new ways to measure for success.

    -We provide an environment for measuring imaginative success.
    -Inspiration authorized, success authenticated.
    -Imagination authorized, success authenticated.
    -If you are going to change your direction, you need a new compass. We help you plot your course.

    The last one rings of my Navy days. sorry! :)

    The name of the unit is the Quality and Innovation Unit. We are a tertiary college. The ideas we are wanting our staff to come up with are along the words suggested above, however our corporate tag line has three words in it and would like to have a statement rather than separate words, sorry should have mentioned this before! I like the concept from Dennis with the two sections.

    So I see this as a tagline for the unit as opposed to the name of the awards by what you said. The awards information is just a way to help us understand the ideals of the unit itself and what you want the rest of your company to be excited about when they think of your unit (The Quality and Innovation Unit).

    So I submit taglines for the unit. If you want award names - just write and let me know.
