Hate to rain on the parade, but I'm not satisfied you have a great company name to start with. Where i grew up on the New England coast, a weather report of "gale force" winds was reason to run. This conjures up a negative image to me of vast wind-blown destruction.

I realize "Gale" is central to you (your name), but I'd rethink it. I like all the other stuff you presented - energy, momentum, etc. Why not highlight that? Such as Executive Momentum, Future Exec, etc. Get out a thesaurus and play with more versions of momentum, dynamics, etc.

Plus, i don't think "Consulting" does much nowadays. I would drop it.

As for taglines, a new name would help something like this flow:
    Building the Future Executive. Today.
    The Future Executive Delivered Today.
    Building Leaders Who Deliver Success.

(Aside: I'd strongly suggest that you have the words "executive coaching" either in your company name or tagline (for example, GaleForce Executive Coaching). It clearly identifies who you're targeting and what you offer. )

    Some other suggestions:

    Raise You Sales
    Strengthening Executive Performance

I agree with Jay Hamilton-Roth that including the words "executive coaching" in your name really helps get the point across. I personally also like the name "GaleForce Executive Coaching." I grew up in New England, and even if you think of gale force winds, it can just denote power and strength. To me, it doesn't mean you'll destroy everyone ;-)

Once again ..thanks all for the rich input and inspiration

I am going to keep Galeforce and drop consulting, changing the name to GaleForce Coaching or Galeforce Executive Coaching ( which might be too exclusive??)

The tagline - I am still considering ....Dynamic Coaching for Exceptional Leaders or a variation of that. Or a variation of
    Building Leaders Who Deliver Success.

    Gale
