Tagline Ideas Needed Please!

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am trying to come up with a new tagline/slogan for my company. It's tagline is currently: Resources for Building Businesses and Improving Lives.

We do a lot of government contracting with agencies such as NIH, Department of Defense, Homeland Security, TSA, EPA.

We also have a division where we sell lab supplies and medical equipment to universities and laboratories, NIH, etc.

We also do biomedical research, and help hire animal care techs, cage washers, lab supervisors (biomedical technicians).

We are generally science based and we are considered to be in the health sciences industry.

I would appreciate as much help as I can get, thanks!

You talked a lot about what your company does (research, selling supplies, hiring technicians). I think you need to focus your tagline in a different direction. Consider these components in your brainstorming:
    + Who is your audience/customer?
+ What does your company stands for?
+ What does the company want to be known for?
+ What are the core services you are providing?
+ How do you want your audience to feel when they read the tagline?

One of my favorite company taglines is Fisher Price's. PLAY. LAUGH. GROW. Their products are for kids, but Mom and Dad are the buyers. The tagline appeals to both (if the kids can read!) It tells what happens when their product is used. Honestly, the words make me smile as I picture my daughter playing, laughing and growing.

Think of some taglines that are meaningful to you and think about why. You may realize that you they are meaningful to you because you are the product consumer...so reach out to your customers and ask for their input in your development process. And don't forget to TEST, TEST, TEST!

    All the best,
    Carolyn
