Gym Name: In Home Training Based Out Of My Van

I am starting a business where I will consult people and develop programs for them based on their fitness and nutrition goals. It will primarily be one on one, with options for group classes up to 3 people. I want a catchy name and slogan to display on my van and to create a website, business cards, etc...
I am thinking something like Alpha Fitness, something with Alpha and a creative slogan.
Results will be guaranteed.

    (Aside: I'm not sure why you're focused on Alpha, other than it's early alphabetically. Perhaps you're trying to make the connection to "alpha dog"?)

    I would try to think of a name that embodies both the fitness and nutrition aspects.
