"under" Message

I am working on signage for stores for holiday. These will be window signs, interior rack signs, etc. We are promoting a "under $25, Under $20", etc. promo. Right now I have

"great gifts under $20"

is there anything else to use besides "great gifts"? how do we creatively promote the under message?

We are a junior retail girls clothing chain, similar to Wet Seal, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe.

Our theme for holiday is "get wrapped up. Give wrapped up".

    If your buyers are teen girls, how about:

    Fun under $21
    Under $21? We gift card.

    Something like that.
