What specifically are you asking for? Are you buying or selling real estate? Where? What's your specialty? Who are your ideal clients? Do you already have a business name? The more we know about you the more we can help.

I am real state agent located in Northern VA (Fairfax).
I have recently taken the broker board exam. I have been working with a small group of my sphere of influence for years without advertising. It was good until the market died. Now I am working a full time job and still trying to make it in the real state business. My plan is to establish my own agency to continue as I have been. This time I will also slowly start marketing my business as I would If I were to were with any realty company. I hope it is a bit more clear.
