Tagline For Employment Services For The Disabled

I need a slogan/tagline for a small for-profit company that assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment. For the disabled job seeker, services include assessing career skills & interests, assistance with interviewing, filling out applications, and on and off job support. For employers, there is no fees for hiring through this company and receive on-the job training assistance.

Any ideas?
