Need New Tagline For Software Company

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are a software company called Organization Metrics and we have been in business for 25 years. We specialize in selling software & services for Talent Management - which includes automatd performance plans, employee feedback, succession planning ... etc.

We are a small company but we do attract very large clients that have worldwide name recognition. Now we are ready to take things to the next level and move on from being small with no marketing to establishing a marketing presence.

The main attributes that make us unique are:
We have a long history compared to our competitors (25 years vs 3-5 years)
We work with clients on adapting our products instead of just selling them what we have.
We pride ourselves on implementation with minimal disruption to the client.
We can work with software the client already has - they don't have to throw out their hard-earned knowledge and processes.

Ideally, the tagline would be posted below our name "Organization Metrics" and be 8 words or less.

One that I had in mind was "Maximum impact with minimal disruption" - just a thought starter.

Taking some wording from your home page:
    Managing More Talent Easier
Managing More Talent With Less Risk
Spend More Time With Your Talent. Not Paperwork.

    Hi,

I feel an initial tagline when placed anywhere with your company name or logo should serve as a marketing tool first. You can replace it with better 'sounding' ones when you become a recognized brand in your markets.

Right now your need is to make your new targets aware of who you are & what you do at one go.

Organization Metrics is who you are. Your tagline should say what you do!

    My suggestions:

'Providing Software Solutions for Talent Management'

    or

'We provide Software Solutions for Talent Management'

or if still want something that sounds good,

'Use our Talents to Manage your's!'

    All the best,
    Jane
