What Can I Call An Upgraded Apartment?

What can I call an upgraded apartments? Besides, updated, enhanced, renovated. We are an 80's apartment building that was rehabed in 2005. We have gone green with salt water pool etc.

    If you're looking for another adjective, how about "renewed?"

    It plays well into the green concept of renewable resources.

    Considering the surrounding area, you can also go with "modernized landmark."
