Would like to tie in "RiSe" and Solutions into tag line.

Came up with one but feel a bit weak/trite.

"Above the rest in finding the Best"

    or

"We're above the rest in finding you the Best"

maybe even "RiSe above the rest in finding the Best"

    or

"We RiSe above the rest in finding you the Best"

    ?? other thoughts!!! Thanks

When it comes to recruiting, we RiSe to the occasion.

Don't repeat your name nor solutions in the tagline - it doesn't impart any special information/benefit for your prospective clients.

As for specifics, I agree with Phil. Because of your range of services, you need something a bit more generic. The only thing I'd add would be to focus on who's paying for your service: people looking for a job or companies looking for talent. Your tagline would slant differently based on who your client is.

"We RiSe above the rest in placing the Best"

Jay makes two very good points, of course. Especially about avoiding redundancy with "RiSe" and "Solutions." Here's a quick stab at some tags, though they are a bit drafty. Some oriented toward job seekers, others oriented toward companies:

    * Corporate Recruiting at a Whole New Level
    * A Higher Level of Professional Placement Services
    * We Lift You Up Where You Belong
    * Top Tier Career Placement Services
    * The / Your Ladder of Success Starts Here
    * Your Resource for Top Level Professionals
    * Professional Recruiting is Just Better Up Here

    thanks all for your input.

my very limited understanding of Tag lines is that it needs to be "catchy", easily remembered, rhyme if possible, be brief.
but auditory anchors like "Winston tastes good, like a cigarette should" became a mainstay of life in the past.
