I agree with Phil - it sounds like you need an official name for the show. Is this a show that happens every year? Who attends? What is the theme for this year's event? Is there a hot new topic or food on the horizon that is to be investigated? What will show attendees learn or get in exchange for their attendance?

Organics are a huge and growing market - perhaps something along those lines?

Yeah you guys are probably right. We are a food distributor and this is our yearly spring food show (even though its at the end of February). I'm seeing a logo with the name of the food show and at the bottom I will probably have Sysco Central Illinois 2009 Food Show.

We are trying to get people excited about spring being right around the corner. We will show them new ways to prepare food and introduce new food items which will cover the entire spectrum of restaurant groceries.
