Tagline For Solar Energy Investment Website Needed

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I currently have a website for selling property in various countries www.propertyinvestor.ie but as in most places the property market is going nowhere fast.

Over the last year I have been putting together a structure to facilitate investments in Renewable Energies in various countires in Europe. The difference with these investments is the investor will retain full ownership of their investment vehicle i.e. a company that is set up for them, they will be the only owners of the company, they will NOT be part of a fund.

There are good incentives passed into law in various countries and high levels of finance available at subsidised rates, making these types of investments very attractive, especially in these tumultuous times.

I am concentrating for now on Photovoltaic Investment opportunities primarily based in Germany but also dealing with projects in Italy and the Czech Republic to start with, branching out to more countries over time.

I have another website being built at the moment specifically for this www.greeninvestments.ie and I need a tagline for the site and something that could also go on business stationary etc....also another website name with a .com address is still desired so investors dont think of us in Ireland with a .ie address as less desireable/"too small" to deal with! greeninvestments.ie is the best I could find recently.

In website name and tagline I want to get across the feeling of future reliance on renewable energy systems, the growth in this area that will follow, the low risk and good returns associated with these investments and the beneft to the investor and the earth/future generations by doing something now.

You may already be familiar with this type of investment but in case it helps, this is a summary of what it is about:

An investment scheme where electricity is produced from solar panels on German roofs will deliver strong returns on investment for up to 35 years. These returns can be 20+% p.a. when averaged over the first 18 year period , and 100+% every year after 18 years when the capital is repaid.

Under recent German law the electricity produced by these solar panels, known as Photovoltaic (PV) systems, must be purchased by local utility companies at a fixed, high price for 20 years. Germany is promoting the production and use of renewable energy, thus the incentives for PV systems.

Property Investor Abroad Ltd has put together a structure which facilitates investment in a PV system in order to benefit from the incentives available for producing electricity from sunlight.

The potential returns are calculated on the average number of sun hours per year in the chosen location , the size of the system and the number of kilowatt hours (kWh) the PV system will produce from this sunlight. Costs include the purchase and fitting of the PV system, the lease of the roof space, annual operating costs and full insurance of the system. PIA walks clients through these calculations to make sure the client understands the different elements of the system.

Any creative suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks

Do you want a tag line in English? Or should it be German, Italian, Czech? Or should it be translated? What about culture-neutrality?

Sorry to ask all these questions and not giving you any decent tag lines.
