Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

We are starting an new business and can't not decide on a name. The business is Estate Cleaning and Liquidation. We believe we have 2 type of customers. First will would like to market to banks for foreclosures, we would go in clean, clear, paint do minor repairs, oversee large repairs and get the property ready for sale. Second we would market to individuals who have lost a loved one and need to have the property cleaned, cleared and ready for sale. We would take the contents of the home and sell via on-line auctions. We would offer the family the option of donating half the proceeds to a charity of their choice.

We want the name to tell people exactly what we do but be catchy enough to stand out and for people to remember it. We have seen names like "Miss Clean" that have a cute and rememberable logo, but we don't want people to think we clean residential homes on a scheduled basis. We like names like, Got Junk?, 2 men and a truck. But can't think of anything original. Please help.
