Name For A Photography Business

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I am starting a photography business and need a little help coming up with a good name. I will specialize in children and families, but I don't really want to limit my clientele by my name. I would like for the name to reflect the emotions behind my work as well as clearly identify me as a photographer. With my name, Therese, being so difficult to spell, I can't really include my name in the company name. I would also like to develop a website for my company so I need something that people can spell and easily remember. Please help.

Thank you

Here's the dilemma you'll face: if you pick a nice name that describes the emotions, but not your specialty, people won't exactly know why they should hire you (you're a photographer with a nice-sounding name) (note: your tagline can describe your offerings, but in going down a listing of photographers, your tagline won't be there). When someone IS looking for a photographer, they're looking for someone who specializes in their needs. In your case, it's children & families. While you can take pictures of anything, people are looking for expertise.
