Tagline For An Ad Agency

its a small scale ad agency....im looking for a tagline...preferably with the words partner, innovative,creative and thinking...both usage of other words are also welcome...

    Is it better to use the actual words to create your message: PARTNER INNOVATIVE CREATIVE THINKING or to demonstrate those qualities through the creative use of a tagline with your agency's brand built around that tagline?

    For example,

    AD AGENCY X
    More Horsepower. Less Horseplay

    AD AGENCY X
    All Work and No Play

    AD AGENCY X
    The Bullies on the Playground of Advertising

    It's an idea anyway :)
