Tagline For Interview Prep Company

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi all,

My company prepares people to get them interviews by providing resume and cover letter writing services, interview consulting and products (in the future). The name is Interview Roadmap. I thought of "Documents and directions that deliver interviews" But wasn't sure if this was goo enough. Any suggestions?

Who are your primary target clients? Where do they live? How do they approach the job search process? What kinds of jobs are they seeking? What motivates them to use an outside firm to help them in their job search process?

Simply telling us what YOU do doesn't help us address your question very well. It's much more important to understand your target audience. And be very specific. It's better to have a narrow target than a broad one. It's easier to deliver a meaningful message for them, and it costs less because you can focus the effort on fewer people.

It's always better to convert 100% of a limited target audience than 0% of a huge one. Besides, once you know what works with one segment you can usually expand it to other segments with some confidence that it will work with them too. Not so when you fail to meet your objectives against a large and ill-defined audience.

The target audience is people with less than 10 years of experience, i.e. entry level up to mid-management. I help clients through the US via web and phone so they live everywhere. The range of jobs can be anything as long as it doesn't go past mid-management. their motivators is that they don't have time to do their resumes, cover letters or they have tried and haven't gotten results. The tagline goes with the roadmap concept. The basic idea is that the road the interview begins with cover letter and resume, than interview preparation (practicing) then interview. So I am helping with every step leading to the interview.
