Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Any agency that needs outside help on its own tagline, is not worthy of the name:"ad agency"

Alright guys...it is a corp's in house agency...all this while they were doin their own advertising work but now they are looking forward to reach out to the outsiders as well...some of us working there did come up with really good ones but we never incorporated the word'partner' and apparently the corp is adamant that it needs this word.....after brain storming whatever came up with this word was way too simple to be a tagline for an agency...

ohh yes...there were a lot of us bold enough to ask but apparently in such cases our opinions do'nt count and they want things their way......why do u think it is so difficult to come up with a catchy one....using this word brings on a lot of restrictions....!!

You sure you want to be involved in a group that wears such big blinders with their big egos? That can only lead to problems - this is just the beginning.....

However they treat you now is how it will be later. Don't expect them to change. You'll just have more and more resentment and frustration the longer it goes on.

Be professional, be courteous, don't burn those professional (referral) bridges, but start looking for another position with more sensible people.
