Tag Line For Beach House In Costa Rica

I RENT A BEACH HOUSE IN COSTA RICA. I HAVE NAMED THE HOUSE, "CASA MARBELLA"....IT TRANSLATES TO "BEAUTIFUL-OCEAN HOUSE".
I NEED A TAG LINE......I WANT TO ATTRACT PEOPLE WHO PREFER TO RENT A HOUSE OVER AN ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL.....THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY WITH AN AWARD WINNING TRANQUIL BEACH WITH POOLS, TENNIS & VOLLEYBALL COURTS, BARBQUE AND HAMMOCK AREAS.

    Thanks..yes, I am already thinking of the difference.....challenging to put it in just a few words for a tag line.

    When we travel we prefer a house vs a hotel. You have a lot more privacy and value. And the ammenities you describe... its a no brainer. There always seems to be a dominent property management company that puts out pix and listings. However the house I found when we got married we found on the net, without a manager-- so make sure your listing will come up high, and your pix do it justice. The local chamber helped us to some sites too.

    Rent a house for less than a room
    Get some room-- rent a house
    No need for a sign, we won't disturb you (Picture the "do not disturb" sign
