Help W/ Website/monthly Email Slogan For February

Hi, I'm new to this and I need help finding a Feb sale slogan/tagline for our website & Email to our customers. We sell manufactured/modular houses.

Was thinking about something like "Bring your Sweetheart Home for Valentines" - I don't know - just need some brainstorming ideas :)

    Home is where the heart is.

    Maybe you can tag certain properties with a "heart" -- and offer a discount, secret admirer prize, or some value-added type incentive to purchase those properties ...

    Here in the Midwest you could play on the cozy fireplace concept and the protection from the elements.

    Maybe now is the time to start your planning so when spring rolls around you'll be ready to go. Maybe it's something like, "Just think, next year at this time, you could be enjoying the cozy warmth of a new XYZ home!" And, then promote the energy saving features and cozy fireplace etc.
