Why not do it yourself to show your marketing creativity? Your presumably already know how to create a SWOT analysis and understand your target market, which are some of the keys for developing a great tagline.

Why do you want a catchy slogan? What do you think it will do for you? Is your target audience selecting a marketing company based on how catchy the slogan is?

Follow Jay's advice and demonstrate your professionalism by actually conducting a SWOT analysis and an objective situation analysis. Then develop a positioning statement that shows you understand what's important to your target audience.

If you do all of that, you'll either have a great start on your slogan, or you'll realize you don't really need one. Either way, you will have a chance to show your target audience that you're into solid marketing, not just catchy slogans.

How about the "(brain) waves of change..."

This was a spur of the moment idea - you will most definitely know what it is you are looking for and what would suite your target audience. Remember that your target audience will need to identify themselves in your slogan, yet at the same time it should give them a desire to make use of your services...
