Gina...before you have a slogan it's a good idea to determine what makes you different than your competition. Otherwise it can be used by any cleaning company.

Thank you for the comments. We are different because, other than the obvious of doing a good job: We consider the clients time as important as doing a great cleaning job. We always show for appts. on time and do the job timely and professional.

Those are important but I'll bet everyone says the same thing....even if they don't. These are all things they EXPECT everyone to do

The key is to TEACH shoppers how to make the right decision. What questions should a person ask when they're looking for a cleaner? And how do you fit that model?

Example: Not every cleaner is insured. Not every cleaner uses environmentally safe products. Not every cleaner is minority(woman)-owned...and who knows clean more than a woman?
