Tagline For Health Programmes

I'm looking for suitable taglines for the Health Ministry's Adult Health and Healthy Ageing programmes. The programmes involve health promotion, disease prevention and patient education initiatives on topics ranging from smoking control and nutrition to workplace health. Last year's tagline was Live Strong. Any ideas for a new tagline this year?
