Can You Help Me Create An "inspiring" Tagline

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi, I just started an HR consulting firm specializing in strategically aligned people solutions which will be designed to promote future growth in companies and in individuals. The cycle starts with measurement (assessment) and goes through developing a customized solution, implementing it and then returns to measuring so we can gage the improvement made.
It is about aligning talent, resources and dreams.
I want a tagline that is about people and is inspiring in alluding to the untapped potential that exists in all people. I want the idea to be grand but reachable, artistic in some way. I have tried to write it but all I;ve been able to produce is what is already out there. Maybe my expectations are too high ... but I know that the "awe-inspriing" tagline is out there in someone's mind. Please help me.

Taglines should describe to a primary benefit to your customers. Are your customers people looking for jobs or for the businesses that are hiring them?

Aligning dreams is fine if your customers are those looking for employment, but not on-target if for businesses. Businesses want the best people, for the long-term, risk-free, at the best price. Employees want to find great opportunities, grow professionally, and make more money.

Hi Jay, actually I was looking at it from the point of view of strategic alignment of what it takes to make the dreams or visions of organizations come true ... of where they want to be 5 years down the road...so the consultancy is aimed at businesses that want to grow and improve and aim for greatness and individuals that want the same. But we are not a recruiting agency. Thanks for your insight. It means that I have to clarify this aspect of things more.

Hi tinker, thanks for pointing that out and actually it's not a bad tagline at all. Actually I hadn't thought of it as a tagline before now. But it doesn't allude to potential or dreams or that inspiring type of quality that I'm looking for. I do feel better though because it is accurate as a tagline and I can use if I don't find anything else.

    Another slogan in your text…

    aligning talent, resources and dreams

    Some others…

coaxing your future to the fore

    nurturing your potential

    your future starts now

    reach your full potential

    tomorrows dreams today

    tomorrows solutions today

    shape your future

    exceed your expectations

    some words…

    evolve

    grow

    open

    destiny

    ultimate

    hope this helps…
