Tagline - Hardware Company

Posted by art on 250 Points
I am looking for a slogan for a Hardware store. They would like to promise affordable prices and quality products but that is so cliché – I hope someone is going to be able to come up with something original on that theme.

So far I have:

Home of affordable quality

Price and quality – we have the best of both

Please help.

How about something along the line of

    "Professional quality at affordable prices"

I don't think you want to go in the direction of play on words - hammer out deals, etc.

    Good Luck!

Those are all pretty generic... do they specialize in anything? Offer any special service, hard to find tools, tools for specific kinds of tasks? What's their "story"?

They'll never compete on price or quality. The big stores can beat them on price, and they probably all sell the same stuff...

How about help with your projects? Or classes for the clueless? Or delivery? Or a hotline for help? Rent a hardware guy for people who don't want (or have no idea how) to do it themselves? A Mr. Fixit? (Real life example: I have something that's broken that I have no idea how to fix, don't want to buy a new one, and it's a simple thing if you know how. I don't. Can they help me out?)
