Happy Day (realized)

Mr. Jay Hamilton-Roth acknowledged that I have presented an understandable idea.
He said, “While it may have been presented, I don't yet believe it would work.”
It doesn’t matter that he said, “don’t yet believe it would work”. I can say “I don’t believe the Sun will rise tomorrow. Of course it would be a denial of known facts, but I could say it.
I, with my extreme optimism and faith in the intelligence of my fellow humans, think the “yet” means that he is open to the possibility.
That was an extraordinary act of personal fortitude for him to make that statement. He overcame the force that rejects new knowledge for that moment.
Jay, I Love you, please don’t take any of this in a negative way.
Then the ‘big dog’ growled. The rest of the response was regressed to previous non-understanding.
“You need to convince me based on more than your words & beliefs.”
The idea is not my words and beliefs; it is made up with elements of known knowledge.
“Show me based on stories of people that have been changed because of their understanding/belief. Show me based on stories of people that have been changed because of their understanding/belief.”
I’ve said many times, “I don’t want to change anybody”. I am not trying to be a preacher/teacher.
“If I see the evidence, and it's clear and reproducible, then I'm interested”
I think that was the personal fortitude giving a reassertion. Even though the evidence required was not legitimate, the “yet” was reconfirmed.

“We have the ability to establish a point of common understanding amongst mankind.”
That is a true statement. Saying “I don’t believe it” is like saying the Sun won’t rise.
“We have the ability to establish”. The World Wide Web, TV, radio and newspapers could make it happen in a week (of course it would take setting up).
“a point of common understanding amongst mankind”, a universal symbol for the Feeling would be that.
There is no idealism involved and personal beliefs are irrelevant.

Do you think labeling the idea Unity is a good way to market it?

    Unity?

I'm curious, is there anyone on this forum who agrees with you?

If everyone agrees with you, then maybe unity is a reasonable name...

But if very few people agree with you, then maybe unity is a misleading name...

Personally, I do not believe your idea has any merit whatsoever.

    my advice
Start small, change one person at a time. Teach each person you change to change others.

Double your number daily. At the end of day 3 you have 8 people at the end of day 10 you have 1024 and at day 20 you have over a million and at the end of a month you have 1Billion People.

While you may have presented your belief, I don't yet "get it" (that was my intention of "While it may have been presented..."). I understand your passion, I read your words, but I don't see what you're seeing (even after reading all of your postings in this forum). It may be that my vision is clouded, or the big dog got me.

Perhaps someone else who "gets it" can chime in and explain it in their words....?
