Seeking Creative Real Estate Slogan

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am a REALTOR and have recently joined a company with my broker, we are the only 2 agents in the office. The town is small - 6,000+ people with only a handful of real estate companies in town. We are in the western panhandle of Nebraska. The private company's name is All American Realty. I would love to create branding for our new venture together. Any suggestions out there?

Yes, I do understand that providing the best service will bring my clients back to me and create future referrals. I still need something to "create" a media blitz. I am joining a company that has been in town for many years and she has been on her own. I need to advertise to get the word out that we are now a team, and believe a "catchy" slogan will help in this process. I come from a large franchise in a large city to this smaller community and want to bring my ideas here as well. I think that the community will be drawn to fresh/new ideas, just need a little advertising.
    Thanks

Cute idea - Earth for Sale, with stuff on it! Will keep that in mind. Thanks as well.

Besides being a new team, why should a prospective client care about you? What can you offer them that the other Realtors in your area can't? Without a clear benefit, you're message is likely not to get the results you're looking for.

Tinker - some great ideas - will speak with my associate on her thoughts. Also, Jay, great point and well taken. This is ESPECIALLY important in this small town. Be back to you guys.

Thanks Jay. While I may not have such a "creative" slogan - REALTORS - Working for You, I am thankful for your comments. I absolutely need to concentrate my marketing efforts towards exhibiting how we are different from the rest. All the best.
