The consulting work helps the organization determine their current and future culture that will lead to their organizations success. Then helps to translate that into behaviors. The translates that into the design of the office space.

Another example might be helping to determine if a company is ready to shift to mobile work - does everybody in the company need a desk or just a place to call home when they come into the office? This firm works with the company to determine the acceptance of this concept with its employees, determines the work settings that will facilitate the employees, and then helps translate this into a real estate solution through the design of space.
