(Aside: Is the name spelled as Esspark, or ESSPARK, or ESSpark, or ...? The form may greatly affect the perception of the name)

    More questions for you:
    * What industry are you targeting (is this an internal project or an external one)?
    * What's the motivation for an employee to learn? Is it mandated? Is is optional to build skills?
    * Who's benefiting from this? Employee? Employer? Someone else?

It would be nice if you could avoid repeating a word from the name when you get to the tagline. It's redundant and usually unnecessary.

Is it possible that you can use a graphic treatment for the name that depicts a spark, so it's clear that you are not talking about Ess Park, but rather ES Spark? That way you can refer in your tagline to something about "kindling new ideas" without having to say the word "spark" again.
