I Need An Effective Tagline

I am designing a back lit banner ad to be displayed in a student center at our local state university- for my apartment complex. We are a class B property, affordable, with beautiful wood surroundings. Our apartments are very big and our location is good. However we do not have the cool amenities that other new apartments are offering students. I need an angle - our name is Laurel Oaks.
