Realtor Trying To Decide How To

I'm a Realtor and I'm having a difficult time trying to decide how to brand myself. I sell in Huntsville, AL, full of Engineers. My blog is blogabouthuntsville but also own yak about huntsville. I'm needing to have a new blog header made and tagline.
Any ideas would be really appreciated. I like fun and funky ideas. Most Real Estate related sites are so boring. I write about everything related to Huntsville...real estate, local events, food, shops, etc... I talk ALOT, lol.
We are also known as the Rocket City. I thought about "fueling the rocket city, one thought at a time" and having a graphic designer do something funky with that. I'm lost here. So, any ideas?
