Positioning Line For Football (soccer) Association

In the UK the governing body of the football played nationally is the FA (the Football Association). This is made up of many regions and each of these regions want to develop the game – the coaching, quality of football played and the positive effects that it can have in a community. What I am looking for is help encapsulating the sentiments of this sporting goal (no pun intended), in a concise line that will appear under the region name.

Whilst just do it works for Nike I feel it needs something that works a little harder for this grass roots regional area of the FA.

some thoughts so far are:

4. Developing Grassroots football
5. Your Goal, Our Goal

    As a former soccer player here in the U.S., I love that football is so popular in so many places!

    What *exactly* do these FA organizations do at the regional level? It would be helpful to know that. I think you need to get across what benefits they provide.
