Need Help With A Tagline For Recruiting Firm

I'm in the process of updating the logo of my 13 year old recruiting firm - BioMed Search Group - and need some assistance and creative ideas for a tag line or slogan that I will incorporate into the new logo. My firm provides recruiting services to biotech, medical device and pharmaceutical companies primarily in sales, management and marketing type capacities. We pride ourselves on a very personalized approach to finding the very best qualified candidates for our client companies utilizing our vast network throughout the industry. We spend quite a bit of time learning about a company, manager and product so that we have a thorough understanding of the company and their needs as well as spending some quality time with the candidates to get to know them and their personality ... their not just a resume.
I was hoping for some ideas for a catchy slogan or at the least a thumbs up/down regarding a couple I have thought of:
Where opportunity meets its match!
The best candidates from a hire power!
A hire power!
something along those lines?

    "Where opportunity meets its match" isn't a clear benefit for your target audience (the people who pay you). Not even sure what it really means.

    "A hire power" is a pun that doesn't really say much either. What's the benefit? What are you trying to communicate?

    I'd urge that you stop trying to be "catchy" and see if you can communicate a clear, single-minded benefit for the companies who are going to retain your services.

    Big picture question: Why do you want a tagline? What do you expect it to do for you? What will be different when you have one?

    Where opportunity meets its match is an obvious implication that when clients come to us with an open position or opportunity within their organization, we respond with a perfect match for what they're looking for! And a hire power is conveying the fact that we are a force within the recruiting arena ... a powerful resource for hiring needs. Maybe too "catchy" but I thought might be appropriate. Well this is why I need help! lol
    Anyway, we don't of course have to have a tagline - just was reaching out to a creative community to see if we could add one to the new logo that would fit well with our corporate identity.
    Bottom line we want to convey to our clients (the companies who pay us to find candidates and fill positions) that we are great at our job, that they can count on us to find exactly what they are looking for in a professional and timely manner ... that we are the solution to their hiring needs.

    Also, a thumbs down. The problem is that you want the tagline to be more obvious (especially for B2B clients) and showcasing something about your USP.
