Need Help With My Smoking (food) Buisness Name!

I need to come up with a name for my smoking/bbq buisness name. I want something with a little "western" or "old west" flare. We are a country buisness with one of our biggest hobbies being rodeo. I have hit a road block and can't come up with anything. I want something that is easy to make a logo for and that people will remember.
