Brand New Retail Community Needs Tagline.

I have a new retail community being built and am trying to attract possible tenants. It is surrounded by multiple office condos for sale as well. The retail and condo community is called Maple Creek. I am looking for a tag line similar to "join our community" or "Small town in the City" but something a little more exciting or that hasn't been used already.

Any help would be appreciated!
