Oceanfront Boutique Hotel In Barbados Needs A Tagline

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
We are redesigning our website and brochures and our old tagline (Home away from home) is so outdated and overused and I really need to come up with a new one.

Location: St. Lawrence Gap, Barbados
Best selling points: amazing view, outstanding service, numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance.

Studios and suites all oceanfront

Any suggestions?

    You May Try These:

    "View The Life"
    "Natural Beauty Lasts long"
    "Ocean Full Of Excitement"
    "I Don't Wanna Go Home"
    "Naturally Amazing"
    "We Serve The Best"

    Thanks

I really like "I Don't Wanna Go Home" because this is what all of our guests say. But I do not see how I can use it as a tagline on our website.

"View The Life" also sounds good because our biggest asset is our view (see at www.yellowbirdbarbados.com)

I got to play around will these in my head and see if any can work.

    Thanks so much!

Do you really need a tagline? Does The Savoy, The Hotel Martinez (Cannes), The Dorchester (London) The Atlantis (Bahamas)?

    No.

Sometimes when you want to scream quality and exclusivity, the best thing to do is whisper.

Your website will presumably inform potential guests of your key features. A discreet and classy title page, giving a little information and some fabulous pictures is far more upmarket.

Furthermore, your business name gets your salient point across already. 'OceanFront' kind of does what it says on the tin. My thoughts are that you don't need a tagline. Just a classy and well written website. Go understated - it works.

Plumbers get hung up taglines - don't fall into the same trap.

Best of luck and kind regards,

    Charlotte
