Name A Training Program

I'm looking for a hip name for a follow-on training program to be offered to employees who are unsuccessful in a training class designed to teach a new tool. I'd prefer to stay away from the word "remedial". We have no desire to release anyone from their job - we want to work with them until they "get it". I can't use the brand name of the tool since it's a copyright.
